Bird Sightings in Kotor, Montenegro

Our day in Kotor was another big day of exploration. We set out from the boat and spotted a small park near the port where we spotted Blackbirds, and House Sparrows. After getting a feel for which direction we wanted to explore, we spotted some Mallard ducks in one of the rivers flowing out into the bay. Afterwards we walked along the shorefront towards the local aquarium, where we saw plenty of cool aquatic animals, but also a Barn Swallow nest with several chicks inside! Then, on our way back to the old town, we stopped in another park and spotted a Chaffinch, a Western Jackdaw, along with the usual pigeons and gulls.
